Compliance with Applicable Laws

【 Compliance Standards 】

We will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, government agency orders, and societal standards typically required for business conducted in the countries and regions in which we operate.

Fair Trade and Anti-Corruption

【 Fair Competition 】

We will always engage in free and fair competition and will comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the countries and regions in which we operate.
We will not abuse our position of advantage as a contractor to our subcontractors.

【 Prohibition of Corruption 】

We will not engage in any form of corruption, including bribery, money laundering, giving or receiving of improper benefits, extortion, and embezzlement.

【 Rejection of Anti-Social Forces 】

We will reject and will not have any involvement with anti-social forces (including organized crime groups, criminal organizations, and their equivalents).

【 Internal Reporting System 】

We will not retaliate against any allegations of misconduct within the company made by our employees and will work diligently to resolve any reported cases of misconduct.

Core Labor Requirements Policy Statement

The YAMAGATA Group complies with the core labor standards based on the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. YAMAGATA translates these standards into the following specific objectives:

（1）Not allow child labor

We will not employ children under the minimum age for employment as stipulated by law.

（2）Eliminate all forms of forced and compulsory labor

We will not force unfair labor in any form of employment.

（3）Ensure that there is no discrimination in employment and occupation

We respect basic human rights and do not discriminate based on nationality, race, religion, gender or social status.

（4）Respect freedom of association and the effective right to collective bargaining

We respect the right to collective bargaining by allowing freedom of association and consultation between labor and management.
