Fair Trade and Anti-Corruption

【 Fair Competition 】

We will always engage in free and fair competition and will comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the countries and regions in which we operate.
We will not abuse our position of advantage as a contractor to our subcontractors.

【 Prohibition of Corruption 】

We will not engage in any form of corruption, including bribery, money laundering, giving or receiving of improper benefits, extortion, and embezzlement.

【 Rejection of Anti-Social Forces 】

We will reject and will not have any involvement with anti-social forces (including organized crime groups, criminal organizations, and their equivalents).

【 Internal Reporting System 】

We will not retaliate against any allegations of misconduct within the company made by our employees and will work diligently to resolve any reported cases of misconduct.

Core Labor Requirements Policy Statement

The YAMAGATA Group complies with the core labor standards based on the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. YAMAGATA translates these standards into the following specific objectives:
